Before we get into the Make Weight & Win! webinar (on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 5:00pm PST), we wanted to share a couple of things with you.  The three videos below will get us started on the right foot.  The first video is a little bit about Scott's story- he used to cut a very dangerous percentage of his bodyweight to fight, and walks us through what a typical weight-cut used to look like. You're going to need about 20 minutes to get through it, but it's a valuable look inside why many of the athletes in weight class sports today are STILL doin some version of this.

The next two videos are from our Logic Bomb Series of videos designed to translate very technical and science-based concepts into usable, logical understandings. There are two BIG ideas that we would like you to walk away with from our live training on Sunday:
